Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, primarily located in Birmingham with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include market research, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and offerings.

Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Business Development. Min 2 year experience as a BDM. Bachelors degree in technology is desirable. Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Strong skills in client relationship management and networking. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Market research and analysis abilities. Collaboration and teamwork skills, especially with marketing and product development teams. A background in digital marketing, Multimedia, Pro AV, branding, or IT infrastructure solutions is beneficial. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
